Weird Al on The Simpsons
The Simpsons is a popular television cartoon on Fox. Weird Al has made two appearances on the show. His first appearance was on the episode "Three Gays of the Condo" which originally aired on April 13, 2003, singing "Homer and Marge" (a parody of John Mellencamp's "Jack & Diane") with his band. The episode later won an Emmy for "Outstanding Animated Program (For Programming Less Than One Hour)". The next appearance was on the episode "That 90's Show," where Weird Al is singing the song Brain Freeze, parodying a song by Homer's band Sadgasm. Fans of the Simpsons hated "that 90s show" much more than al’s previous appearance.
